I'm really looking forward to this summer!

This will be my first summer that I'll have a "job" working for someone else. I'll start "legally" driving, finally. My dad started driving with me when I was 9, I could drive a stick by the time I was 12. But I'm sure it will be a lot different when I get into traffic.

I was hoping to do some "life guarding" this summer, but it looks like I'll be cleaning pools, instead of guarding them. But, who cares, as long as I'm close to the water "life's good"! I'm looking forward to the beach, a little basketball, and a lot of laps in the pool. It will be interesting to see which friends I stay in touch with through the summer, every summer is different. A close friend, Savannah, travels during the summer. Two summers ago she spent 2 months in France, last summer it was Costa Rico. I'm sure it's fun, but Ilike hangin' with my friends.

This year has gone fast at Osceola High School, the teachers are great, not to many issues there. Learning the ropes at school has been fun. I'm looking forward to shaking some things up my sophomore year. Home Coming week and dance can be a lot better, more fun, and more organized. Whether I make it into student government or not, I will stay involved in our events to try and make them better.
